LunaHeat Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heritage Hooves. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns and Exchanges:

    Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

    Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

•
    Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ewcunliffe@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
